About us

The Northern Crew Association (NCA) was established by a group of pilots based in the Arlanda area in response of being neglected concerning working conditions for ACMI pilots during the Covid-19 pandemic. The association is committed to providing its members with support and advocate terms and conditions to ensure that the company they work for follows the collective agreement. Overall, the Northern Crew Association is a valuable resource for pilots based in the Arlanda area, providing support and guidance in an industry that is constantly evolving.

Our Mission

The goal of NCA is to ensure that the pilots have a safe, secure and rightfullness working condition according to the swedish labour law. We strive to make the aviation industry a better place for its members and create more job opportunities in Sweden.
